Its alright consider its a bit of a fusion between Vietnamese, Thai & Malaysian.
The Vietnamese PiPi fried rice was pretty good.
Beef pho β pass. Just don't compare it with Springvale standard

Tried Vietnamese cuisine for the first time and loved it here.
Very happy. Good food, lovely dumplings and spring rolls for entree. Good main courses. The owners were very accommodating as we needed to leave an icecream birthday cake in their freezer which they were happy to do.
Ended up at $25 a head which we thought was extremely reasonable for entree and main courses, we couldn't eat it all and had to ask for a container to take some home, which they were happy to provide. Happy to recommend.
Food quality is really nice.
